Maintenance Pro

For all those agencies that are working smarter and not harder by using the most advanced maintenance tool in the industry – Maintenance Pro, this course is for you. This course will walk you through all you need to know about managing maintenance & using Maintenance Pro.

Maintenance Pro Admin or Super Users: As a Maintenance Pro super user, you will also need to complete Super User Essentials.  this course will show you all the relevant settings to manage your agency.  This also includes recommended and best practice settings.

How to use and complete this course:

• Navigate through the course using the arrows towards the top right of the course heading 
• Read all text first, then view images and watch videos
• Some videos have sound and some do not, be sure to check your speakers before starting the course
• Use the menu on the left-hand side of the screen to view what you have and haven’t completed – you can come back at any time to continue on or repeat!
