    Agency fee – balance?

    Hi, I have started Cloud one month ago, followed the Nebula instructions while setting up the fees in dissections, Agency setups and against the owner in each and every management agreements. I have receipted all the rent and other outgoings. Now in the end of the month the agency fee shows zero balance. What can be wrong?
