Arrears Notices
Hey Guys,
I was clicking around on the cloud and found that we can now do automatic reminders for rent arrears with the specifications for what we want. I set mine up for not knowing that it actually set it up for everybody at the agency (20+ portfolios) and the notice went to everybody in arrears. I am just wondering if anybody knows how i can set the arrears up for just my portfolio only and not everybody else portfolio’s as they shouldn’t be connected?

Hey Jenna! Thanks for the question. When turning automated arrears on it is a global setting which means it won’t narrow down to just one portfolio out of your office.
You can however filter the arrears views to show each portfolio and choose to turn off automated SMS on an individual level for each tenant. There may be a bit of setup involved initially if the whole office doesn’t want to send reminders automatically but you could look at turning off each tenant from other portfolios so then your left with only your tenants with automated reminders left on.
