Concern regarding Entry Condition Reports
We’re trying the Entry Inspection Reports, but ultimately on review they do not seem to be viable as evidence should a situation go to court.
The photos displayed are simply not of a suitable size and when a tenant makes a comment that needs to be corrected there is no simple way to do this.
As an example, I recent had a tenant report on the ECR that the Oven and Stove do not work. They do, they just hadn’t turned on the power at the wall. Only now I have an immutable Entry Condition Report that says just that…How to we go about changing this?

Hi Alistair, in the PDF report there are links to download the original photos taken, when the tenant completes and uploads their photos there is also a link for tenant photos to download, I hope this helps.
