    Is it possible to extract the creditors listing with the last transaction date?

    At least annually we should be looking at our creditors in the system and closing down accounts which have had no activity for a number of years (business can determine what this is i.e. >1 year or >18mths etc). Otherwise the creditors in the system will continue to grow and become unmanageable if the maintenance is not performed on a regular basis.
