    is there a plan to have the details from the previous report allocated to a separate box and then a space for the new report notes to be typed? This would be useful for exit inspections to show a clear division in entry to exit reports. Currently the entry comments are incorporated into the exit comments and it continues as one paragraph making it difficult to differentiate between the entry comments and exit discrepancies.
