Hiya! If it’s attached to a tenancy or owner agreement, you can select Edit from the agreement, then from the bottom of the screen choose “Update Contact” you can then remove the contact you don’t want. Otherwise if it’s just a contact in your system that you don’t want anymore you can’t mark it as inactive however you can update it by selecting the people icton to the right of the contact name then choosing edit in the contact card. Categories is something that’s coming out soon, so you’ll soon be able to create a category called “inactive” for example and then you’ll be able to attach that contact to that particular category. Keep an eye out for the product updates on your dashboard to see when this one is available to you! It won’t be far off 🙂
