    It would be good to be able to put a receipt instruction on a tenant. PM could then make a note on the tenant that when finance officer is receipting rent they will have instruction showing how to apportion. This helps when a tenant is paying off an invoice. The instruction would be ” receipt standard rent, all monies over rent paid to invoices”. This would then save a lot of reversals on the tenant ledger.
